Our goal is to make testing easier for individuals, families, employers, and organizations while treating every person with dignity and respect. Services are designed around careful documentation, confidentiality, convenience, and dependable communication.
Meet the owner
Royal Standard Testing & Screening was founded by Queena Harper, a Cincinnati native committed to creating a dependable and respectful testing experience for individuals, families, and employers. Queena started the company to bring professionalism, compassion, and careful attention to every collection while making mobile testing more convenient for the community.
For Queena, Royal Standard is more than a business. It is the beginning of something lasting that she can build for her family and one day pass down to her children. She is preparing for launch through collector training, hands-on proficiency requirements, and the development of strong privacy, documentation, and chain-of-custody practices.
Services
Royal Standard’s launch plan includes DOT and non-DOT drug testing, DNA specimen collection, employer testing programs, and mobile collection services. Services will begin only after required credentials and laboratory, MRO, insurance, and vendor arrangements are complete.
Mobile-first service
Royal Standard is beginning with a mobile model so eligible collections can be completed at workplaces and other approved locations. A physical office is part of the company’s future growth plan.
