Frequently Asked Questions

What to expect

Contact us if your question is not answered below. Requirements can vary by service, employer, laboratory, and testing authority.

What services are available?

Planned services include DOT and non-DOT drug testing, DNA specimen collection, employer programs, and eligible mobile collections. Contact us to confirm current availability.

Can I schedule an appointment now?

Coming soon. You may submit an appointment request now with your preferred date. A request is not a confirmed booking. Royal Standard will contact you after launch requirements are complete; specimens and payments are not being accepted yet.

Can I book online or manage an account?

The website accepts appointment requests online. Confirmed online scheduling and client or employer account tools will be added only when they are ready to protect privacy and support active services. Until then, call, text, or email us for help with a request.

Is live chat available?

Live chat is not active during pre-launch. For the fastest direct assistance, call or text (513) 400-3705. You may also send a secure general inquiry through the contact page.

Where is mobile service available?

Mobile service is planned for Cincinnati and surrounding communities. The exact location will be reviewed when booking becomes available.

What identification should I bring?

Adults should be prepared to present a current government-issued photo ID. DNA collections involving minors may require a parent or legal guardian and additional documentation.

When will I receive results?

Turnaround times depend on the service, laboratory, specimen type, and whether additional review or testing is required. An estimated timeframe will be provided when the service is arranged.

How much does testing cost?

Pricing depends on the test, collection location, number of donors or employees, and partner requirements. A written quote will be provided before booking.

What is the difference between legal and non-legal DNA testing?

Legal DNA testing follows documented identity and chain-of-custody procedures and may be suitable for court or other official use. Non-legal testing is generally for personal information and is not intended for legal proceedings. Final acceptance is determined by the court, agency, or organization receiving the result.

How will payments and refunds work?

Individuals will pay when booking, while approved employer accounts may receive Net 15 terms. Approved refunds will generally be issued within 5 to 10 business days. Laboratory, shipping, collection, or other documented costs already incurred may be nonrefundable.

Can I send private medical details through the interest form?

No. Do not submit Social Security numbers, medical history, test results, or other sensitive information through the website. Share only general contact and service-interest information.
