This website provides general information about Royal Standard Testing & Screening, LLC. Information on the site is not medical, legal, or employment advice and may be updated as services develop.

Pre-launch status

Royal Standard is not yet accepting specimens, scheduling testing appointments, or taking payments. Sending an appointment request does not create an appointment, guarantee service, or reserve a date.

Client responsibilities

Clients and donors are responsible for providing accurate information, appropriate identification, required authorization, and timely cooperation. Specific testing programs may have additional rules that must be followed.

Regular appointment hours

When services open, regular appointment hours will be Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday is by appointment only; Sunday is closed. All services require a confirmed appointment.

Pricing and additional charges

Service pricing and any additional charges will be disclosed and confirmed in writing before booking.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show terms will be provided and confirmed before booking.

Payment and refunds

Individual customers will pay when booking. Royal Standard will accept debit cards, credit cards, and approved digital payments. Before supplies, travel, collection, or laboratory work begins, the unused portion may be refunded after documented costs already incurred are deducted. Once collection or laboratory processing begins, charges are nonrefundable except for a verified billing or service error. Approved refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days. Billing concerns must be reported within 10 business days.

Test pricing

Individual test prices, laboratory charges, and employer program rates will be confirmed before booking after partner agreements are finalized. A written quote controls when it differs from general website information.

Website use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit false, unlawful, or harmful information.

Limitations

Royal Standard does not promise uninterrupted website availability. To the extent allowed by law, the company is not responsible for losses caused solely by website outages, email delivery failures, or reliance on general website information.
