DNA Testing

Legal Paternity Test

A documented DNA collection process designed for results that may be used for court, custody, child-support, immigration, or other official purposes.

What it is

Unlike an at-home test, a legal paternity test uses verified identification, witnessed specimen collection, and documented chain-of-custody procedures. Samples are sent to the designated laboratory for analysis.

Who it’s for

  • Parents who need DNA results for legal, court, custody, child-support, immigration, or other official purposes.
  • Attorneys and case managers
  • Families handling custody, support, or official records

How it works

  1. Contact us to confirm the parties and intended use.
  2. Adults bring valid photo identification; requirements for minors are confirmed in advance.
  3. A collector witnesses the buccal-swab collection and completes custody documents.
  4. The laboratory receives the sealed samples and issues results.

What to expect or bring

Tell us if a court, agency, or attorney has provided specific instructions. Laboratory selection, turnaround time, pricing, and required documentation will be confirmed before service begins.
