Location requirements
Not every test or location is suitable for mobile collection. Availability depends on service area, site conditions, laboratory requirements, scheduling, and the ordering program.
Before we arrive
Be prepared to provide the exact service address, on-site contact name and phone number, number of participants, requested service, preferred date and time, parking or access instructions, and any employer or laboratory paperwork that applies. The location must provide appropriate privacy, security, and workspace for the requested collection.
Opening status
Mobile testing is planned for launch. Appointment requests may be submitted now, but service is not confirmed until Royal Standard contacts you. Service eligibility, location suitability, travel, laboratory or program requirements, pricing, and scheduling will be confirmed before the appointment. Any applicable mobile or travel charges will be disclosed before service is confirmed.
Pricing and any additional service charges will be provided and confirmed in writing before an appointment is booked.
